The Business plan proposed is intented to be used as an operating and policy guide for our business. The business plan is aimed at proposing a new business, its marketing efforts, promotion plan and the feasibility of the business. It also provides financial projections for the future sustainability and sales goals. There are very less legal requirements related to formulating and running this business proposed. The suppliers of the business have also been selected and it is expected that the business will flourish while keeping in mind the future trends of the industry.



Rationale for Business Idea

The healthy eating problems in UK are becoming rampant with the passage of time. Out of the serious health eating problems; obesity is one of the crucial ones. With increased awareness, people are always worried about their health and they try everything possible to stay in good health and adopting a lifestyle which promotes their aim of staying healthy. Staying healthy means have a feeling of being well mentally, physically and socially as well. With the increasing focus on healthy drinks, we anticipate the future trend and would gather our efforts to capitalize on the opportunity.

Overview of the Business

Fluids are essential for the smooth functioning of our body. Drinks and refreshments if appropriately selected are very healthy and help us to supplement our diet. In summer especially, at least three litres of liquid should be drunk either in the form of juices, water, smoothies, Granita or others. During the winter, we can also get healthy supplements for drinks such as soup and hot drinks with a point of originality.

Currently, the preference for beverages is shifting towards natural and healthier drinks. The business plan is focused towards the same. The idea is based on going with healthier alternative on the go drinks, Juice, Smoothies, and fruits bars etc. The business would have its core competencies based on freshly made to order which are dedicated at providing a convenient way of freshly prepared juices to health conscious people who will be visiting Prestatyn Shopping Park and locals in the surrounding areas. The park is yet to be opened and to take the advantage of the opportunity; our business would be launched on the day the park starts. The product will be genuine fresh healthy juices, smoothies, snacks, soups and drinks. Since it is for health conscious people, we would focus on supreme quality to build better Brand Image. There would be a seasonal change in the product; in the winter time, we will be offering hot drinks, soups to give people option of warm healthy products.
