Research Methodology

Process that is adapted by the researcher to solve the problems of the research; hence, in simple word this process can be understood as the scientific process of analyzing the problems of research with the help of various techniques and generating the result that is a new discovery. In addition to this, research methodology is divided in to three types Qualitative, Quantitative and Mix Method Research methodology (Blessing, et al, 2009), (Merriam, 2009).

For proving, his objectives that are to identify the benefits of introducing licensed dispatcher staff on flights and its cost effectiveness the researcher is planning to adapt an effective research has used mix method research methodology (Blessing, et al, 2009), (Merriam, 2009)

Qualitative research methodology

It is defined as a process in which researcher focus on analyzing the behavior of other persons, analyzing their work, and interpreting them in their own way. For example, qualitative research is used in analyzing the behavior of people after retiring.

Quantitative research Methodology

A process that is used to analyze the information based on numbers. This process is generally adapted when researching a topic by comparing it from another, or analyzing the historical performance of the organization, disease and others (Blessing, et al, 2009), (Merriam, 2009).

Mix Method Methodology

This process is the combination of both qualitative and quantitative research methodology, means that researcher using this methodology will gather information from both the sources and analyze the acquired information by using the data in equal proportion. The advantage of this method is that result obtain from this method will always provide something new to the readers (Blessing, et al, 2009), (Merriam, 2009).

Research Design

For achieving, the defined objective the researcher first collected the information using primary sources that include (surveys, interview with the appropriate personal) and from secondary sources which includes (articles, journals, books, websites of the aircraft companies).

This study will contain mix method research methodology, which means that researcher will be using data from both the sources, and analyzing them to get appropriate results, further in this study will use SPSS system to analyze data conducted from quantitative sources (Romli, 2009).

This study is a longitudinal study and it will take almost six months of completion, and it will be conducted across United States (Romli, 2009).
