Introduction

An unprecedented technological development in the history of mankind has changed the way we perceive, feel and act, in short, the twenty-first century is by far one was completely different from the previous it is a society based on science and technology, and therefore opens a series of questions about our future, we generated a set of expectations that we know in advance that will occur and we must adapt to this emerging technology that is our permanent livelihood.

Currently our environment is much more demanding and dynamic, therefore requires highly skilled and effective measures to develop the various activities in the professional, the responsibility that one must be accompanied by a technical and humanistic training is the solution to the many problems afflicting our society. It should be important to think that each of us must add more than subtract.

I also want to be an electronic engineer. Engineering is my passion. I came from Qatar and always want to stick with engineering. I worked at an unknown company for around two years. I learned a lot from there. From my childhood I want to be an engineer.

Experiments carried out by different scientists in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries in terms of electric and electromagnetic phenomena were laying the groundwork for what would soon after a new specialty, first in physics, engineering and then .he development of materials and technologies in the process of manufacturing semiconductor devices ( Microelectronics ), allowed to achieve high integration scale and expand the flexibility and vesatilidad of electronic devices. This made it possible to scale up production of electronic systems and the range of products, while reducing the cost of equipment.

With the passage of time engineering field is also changing. As the world is changing and advancing with the innovative technologies. With changing world, engineering also changing, and moved towards nanotechnology.

Engineering Career and Engineering Systems should be an institution that evolves with these technological changes, always thinking about a permanent improvement. And the entire structure must be adapted to train professionals to meet the different activities with integrity have to face. Although the institution is important, the most significant contribution is in every one of us, the will to do good things, ongoing commitment required more in the need for concrete results and essentially take every second of our life. And it is these things that we as a race we expect each of you esteemed faculty, students and staff (Sweeney, 2008: 5-7).

To fully appreciate the concept of technological literacy, it is first necessary to come to terms with the word technology. Generally speaking, technology is the modification of nature to meet human needs. This very broad definition is understood and accepted by scientists, engineers, and others engaged in technology creation. But most Americans view technology much more narrowly.
