Main objective of Green Valley School District is to focus on in-service training that has maximum impact in enhancing the capability and performance of teachers. They also provide a wide variety of seminars and classes in addition to the mentoring program. This research focuses on exploring the need of after school seminars and classes or extended summer training. The main objective of the research is to gauge the effectiveness of teacher's engagement in the classroom.
