My dear friend you don't need to worry about any endocrine problems until you have proven yourself with certain laboratory test which I'm going to tell you about it in this letter. Let me tell you about the few tests that are needed to be carried out for the identification of this problem.

The problem of Bells Palsy is a situation in which your facial nerves are being paralyzed. Most commonly it affects only one side of the face but it may increase and worsen within time which may make the sufferer to suffer from drooling, numbness, paralysis, weakness, and an excessive tearing in the eye (Hiller-Sturmhöfel 1998). According to the researchers it has been said that this sort of problem can be caused due to viral infections and most commonly impacts that lead to Bells palsy are diabetics, severe sickness and pregnancy. The effect of such a paralysis usually starts below the eye and gradually increases affecting one side of the face completely (Dr.Kenny 2013).

You might even loose the sense of taste and many loud sounds can make you uncomfortable to cause you pain and weakness. This problem only causes problems to your facial nervous system. The first test that you need to carry is the glucose tolerance test in which it will tell you how your body sustains the quantity of glucose (sugar) with your diet. During this test you will be asked to have a drink and after that your blood test will be taken on different periods. This way the level of glucose sustainability will be calculated where the doctor will examine your body status. This way your first level of test will be conducted to figure out any symptoms of diabetes (Dr.Kenny 2013).

Then the insulin tolerance test will be conducted where an injection will be inserted with the contents of insulin in it. In this test your doctor will be observing you the entire time for any unusual symptoms of blood sugar going very low or very high. This test will do cause you a lot of pain and irritation (Hiller-Sturmhöfel 1998). During this test, you might feel drowsy or might feel weak because the contents of insulin are very high and it is not necessary that the contents of insulin supports everybody and might react negatively to cause illness (Wood 2013).

Next is the protein bound iodine or the thyroid function test, in these tests a simple blood test is conducted through which they both can easily be tested out for check whether the thyroids are working properly or not.
