EMQ Families First (EMQFF) extends behavioral health services to children through a combination of research based practices and a family focused approach. The prime aim is to upheaval social conditionality's of the concerned families, and provision for their needs (EMQFF Website). EMQFF operates under a philosophy that provides care to youth, children and their respective families through community-centric efforts that leverage the networks strengths and needs to identify and provision individualized services. EMQFF empowers families to access services, by being part of the planning, implementation and evaluation process of service deployment. EMQFF provision a comprehensive array of services that aid families and their adolescents and children. Each year, approximately 18,000 family members and their children are provisioned direct services by EMQFF. Objective
The aim of this article is to highlight the resources through which EMQFF fund its program. In accordance, reliability and sustainability of this funding would be gauged. Furthermore, EMQFF efforts to implement financial accountability measures to ensure proper utilization of the funding would be critically evaluated. Finally, donor perspective with regards to rights of a donor to question the utilization of the concerned donations of large sums of money would be analyzed, critically.

EMQFF is a private owned not for profit agency. It extends services in partnership with local county services that provision children and family services. EMQFF takes a leadership role in designing and implementing coordinated and streamlined services. As such, it is responsive to the families and its county partners. EMQFF is sponsored by a wide network of donor community. These include volunteers and philanthropic funding sources.
