Abstract
In this study we try to explore the concept of employment relations strategies in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on developing and establishing such rules and regulations which are employee friendly and its relation with the kind of issues and concerns that arise from an employee's end, whilst in the middle of rendering services and performing jobs at British Airways, our main organization of study and consideration regarding the development of research analysis undertaken. The research also analyzes many aspects of the people involved in the development and crafting of these strategies, which have been working positively and negatively for the employees and the company all at the same time. In addition to this, the research also analyzes the kind of issues and concerns, which have risen with reference to the and tries to gauge its effect on the patterns and process of employee motivation and relationship maintenance with others on both junior and senior levels being framed in the organization. Finally, on a conclusive note, the paper shall yield findings and highlights prevalent in the area of improving and boosting employee strategies and tactics to improvise on employee motivation and their ability to maintain effective relationships within the organization.
