Strong and effective employment relationship help in providing successful business to the organization. Changing places, patterns and character of work has been the focus of intense policy speculations and debates. It is being focused that whether there will be enough paid jobs for supporting the health and wealth of the nation. Business organizations are expected to provide such employment opportunities which will ensure a completely different character (Blyton & Turnbull, 2004, p.23).

The definition of employment relations is evolving continuously with the passage of time. The employment relations have created an interdisciplinary method employing such ideas and concepts derived from economics, sociology, history, political science and psychology. Employment relationship has an interdisciplinary as well as multi-disciplinary foundation and this employment relation is influenced by economics, psychology, sociology, law, political science, history etc. There are some laws for providing equal rights to employees within the organization (Anonymous, 2010, p.275). These laws highlight the needs of wages, pensions, terms and conditions for employment and value and meaning of employee's work. Laws related to employee relations also include employment rights. For providing success to any organization, it is necessary that employer provides all of the employment rights of his or her employee (Blyton & Turnbull, 2004, p.23). Key participants in maintaining effective employment relationships include managers and employing organizations, trade unions, employees, the European and the State Union. All of these entities or parties collaborate and team up for strengthening employment relationship. Employee relationship's field can be comprehended from the curtailed overlap in interests among all of these groups. Analysts analyze the employee relationships within any organization through focusing on the rules and regulations of the entire employment system (Cipd, 2011, p.2). They also focus on the matter that how these rules are determined by the organization in order to analyze employee relations thoroughly. Outcomes of organization are affected by the environment in which these groups operate. Thus, each and every participant of employee relationship needs to focus on the rules and laws that are defined by the organization for ensuring effective employment relationships (Cipd, 2011, p.2).
