Introduction

Every person who is looking forward for work with a company might have a criterion for selecting an employer to work with. I have a certain requirement by which I select an employer. Competitive salary, health care benefits and good future opportunities are a need of every employee, and nearly every employer focuses on this only to retain or attract its employees. Whereas from an employee's point of view, this is not enough a lot remains on which service-providers should also focus.
