The frequency tables of different questions obtained through survey will be analyzed for the purpose of this study, one of the first steps are performed in any statistical study is the tabulation of results, i.e., collect the sample information summarized in a table that each value of the variable is associated with certain numbers represent the number of times appeared, their proportion relative to other variable values, etc.. These numbers are called frequencies.
Consolidated Analysis
The table for Promotion opportunity shows that overall 44% of the total respondents have agreed to the statements given in the section, however 21% of the participants have replied oppositely. Looking at a close to section will tell us the actual figure, the first statement that relates to the promotion opportunity shows that 80 participants cumulating around 66% of the total, agreed that their performance is heavily affected by the promotion opportunity. In fact, all the factors affecting the satisfaction of employees have different meanings for different people because each person has a unique internal motivation, 61 of the total respondents feels that they would have left the department if it weren't for the job itself. For example, employee satisfaction with factors such as the "constant part of the salary (the salary, allowances)" may be high enough (say 80-90%), but the size of the permanent salary for him might not be as important as the opportunity to earn money, depending on the results of their labor. Employees are motivated due to the factor of promotion, they stick to certain job just for the sake of their growth, and over half of the total employees think that they would leave if there were no promotions in their department.
