Introduction

Most companies wanting to improve productivity and commitment of its employees used to pay for performance. While planning implementation and support provided to staff, is essential for success. Do not know how many cases of people who earn wages without many millionaires? Or that of others who try their best and their pay are too low. In both cases described, is presented as an injustice to the work done and the "reward" received, in this case money.

To help avoid these problems, companies have created a performance-pay system where money comes to workers, as they have done. This is a system that has been implemented in recent years and having a lot of strength in today's organizations. The question arises: what are the reasons that more and more companies are adapting this system? There are many reasons both economic and productivity. On the one hand it seeks to cut costs by not paying too much, as we said at the beginning, someone not doing their job. It also seeks to encourage employees to do more, which will result to improve and increase the work of such persons.

Pay For Performance

Furthermore, strong competition environments are necessary to increase performance and give money to accomplish this is true when what is sought is to improve. Also, pay for performance to wake up and staff commitment to doing an excellent job, will receive his prize deserved and will endeavor to get it right all the time (Binderkrantz & Christensen, 2012). Obviously, within the salary given to an employee, there must be a fixed payment to be delivered no matter what or how much has been made. And added to it, will the other hand depending on goals or achievements provided the result was favorable. This seeks to maximize the labor costs of the company, not decrease it.

Staff should never be left to drift, do your job as best you can. The company has to be in constant touch with their employees and they feel they are not alone and that fully meet their goals. And if they do not care, since among all the organization will seek a solution that can overcome the obstacle and continue the "struggle” (Harkness & Schier, 2011).
