CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW

EVA is an "estimate of the true economic value or the amount by which earnings exceed or reach the minimum required rate of return they could get investors to bet on other securities of comparable risk".

The violence , and half that should be banished to a society civilized among us still acting as if the only means through which a few make their voices heard, while the most damaged, it must continue to endure. There is no doubt that violence in the family is the foundation of so much violence. Are seen as mothers and fathers daily damage both physically and psychologically, giving an example to their children, future violent people. If we do not aware of each of us to generate violence in our homes, our work on the street or wherever we live, we cannot help to stop such violence in this country so repressed. Another sad case is that the adolescents in our country are acting in a vandal, this is due to training, a lack of love that is in their homes, lack of knowledge that will allow reason to put a "hood" and inhumane acts out is not due (Tjaden, 2000, 94-120).

According Amat (2005), the EVA can define as; "The amount remaining after that have been deducted from the total revenue expenditure, including the opportunity cost of capital and taxes. Therefore, the EVA considers productivity of all factors used to develop the business. In other words, EVA is what remains once all expenses have met and satisfied a minimum return expected by shareholders. Consequently, value created in a company when the return generated exceeds the opportunity cost of shareholders.
