In a world where communication dynamics have transformed tremendously, companies need to realize the importance of professionalism in their communication systems. The use of email has facilitated and eliminated unnecessary documentation in offices, but at the same time there are incidences of unethical and unprofessional email use. Email use without proper code of conduct could be a great menace for information safety and a potential threat of miscommunication.
