Introduction

This report is based on the health and equality related to the issues of health and social care. First section of the report provides the outline of the policy and in issues around equality relation to Elieen Munro report. This report deals with the child's journey and his protection from abuse and neglect. It provides analysis of reforms which keeps the demand and rigidity by protection and inspection. There is a requirement of providing greater flexibility to the needs of young children and providing focused interventions. Inspection plays a prominent role in improving the services of the children. It is effective in improving the quality of the organization and learning which is in compliance with the process. Inspection carries a certain amount of burden which is associated with providing the benefit to the children (Aldgate, 2002, p. 147). The report also focuses in providing guidance for the working. The report in 2010 described the policies and the current conditions which are used to access the four key forces of child protection.
