Element of Informed Consent

According to the code of Federal Regulations Title 21, Section 50.25, there are eight basic elements defined of the informed consent (Kerridge, I., 2005).

The statement should be able to explain the purpose of the research, the process has to be followed, the participation duration and any of the treatments that demand investigation: the process is veryimportant and must be followed for a typical and proper research purpose.
