Climate is the average condition which is recorded over a period of time for a country or a particular region. Examination of the data which is being recorded helps us to make it possible to identify the trends and patterns which then become to be known as the climate.

Climate and weather decide the destiny of good flow of water into rivers. If waters flows in a good manner into rivers then people can easily cultivate their crops and nurture their fields and can afford their living in a better way through production of agriculture. Different types of human activities follow a particular pattern of consumption and production. But when the weather and climate of a particular area or region change it can affect the lives for people adversely (Stefan, 2008).

Change in climate in one of the most important threats the world is facing these days. Though it will affect all of us but will have a bigger impact on millions of people who belong to the rural sector.

The human race has never been so majorly threatened by the dangers of a fast change in climate than it is in the current century. There has been a continuous rise in the temperature without any signs of it getting decreased and this has been stated the reason for the reduction of the ozone layer.

This is a general lethargy when it comes to the issues of climatic changes. We now can feel the climate change more than we use to do earlier and it is real specially in the Northern parts of the world.
