The successful business is totally depending on the competence and the efficient skills of their employees. The business owner of effective organization is should recognize all the key aspects of the business, so it will help them to run their business operation more smoothly and efficiently. A proficiency organization is the essential for triumph of the business; it is their role to keep into their mind about the job, roles, duties and responsibilities of all the employees in business. There should be no requirement of single looping hole left, thus any one can take the an advantage from it.

According to McGee, (2009, p.195) the efficient business organization system is ensuring the proper supervision and control. The top level management responsibility is that, they should be well aware with administrative and technical skills. A well motivated team would be easily coping up against any crucial scenario and control unfortunate scene effectively.

The combined corporate governance that was introduced in UK in year 1998 is widely regarded as the international benchmark for the good corporate governance practice, shows flexibility for companies while adapting mandatory system (Arcot, et.al, 2010, p.195). The management of business should be clear about the business long term objectives. To run the business effectively, various polices does helpful to run the capably of business. There should be no clashing and the misunderstanding regarding with the different policies. Griffith, (2005, p.52) suggested that, the control system and supervision should be remaining effective to bring up the synchronization among the different business department.

Corruption is operational defined as the misuse of entrust power for the individual gain and it can include in the variety of conduct in both, private as well as public sector.

There is the following reason that I have considered as the causes of business corruptions. (a) weak accountability, ethical values, financial management (b) low and high salaries as well as promotion does not connected to the performance (c) public service long dominated by the patron client relationship that is sharing of the bribes as well as favors becomes entrenched.

The effective business also requires having ingredients of the flexibility and enabling an extension as well as diversification of business. The production of business may also rise in the same level because number of resources does work more appropriate way. This paper will discuss the good practices of corporation that are essential for run organization process smoothly. In later part of this paper I will discuss business code of conduct that will be useful to avoidance of corrupt practices contribution to effective organizations
