Introduction

A leader is the one people idealize and wants to follow. He has the social influence on people and they support him to achieve the common task. A leader consisting leadership qualities, organize workers to attain the common goal. The important traits of a leader include effective communication skills, integrity, accountability, trustworthiness and are able to inspire.

The one leader who inspires me is Steve Jobs, the co-founder of the Apple Inc. His charismatic personality and hard work has embarked determination for all the generations to come.
