Introduction

Jones Sr. along with his team of dedicated employees in the year 1922. Initially the founding team did not possess a clear mission or organizational structure, the source of their commercial success was based on the simple philosophy of the founder. This approach helped humanizing the financial experience, so that the customers are more comfortable and secure when they are making important financial decisions (Acker, 2012). The strategy to implement high class customer oriented services can only be possible if the company has the necessary resources. In order for the customers to provide a high level of services to the customers, they must have the relevant training and the capability to be able to help the customers. In this perspective, the HR department of the company has experienced an evolutionary growth and has helped the company attain unparalleled level of customer care.
