Educational Research

Introduction

One of the key elements of research in education is the ability of met-terse before what has been done, what you are doing and read it as if it were something that no longer belongs to us. This, on the one hand, is a mental habitués and on the other hand, is also necessary equipment and this raises the question of what are the minimum equipment to be able to do this. The training should be about the fundamental design space, corresponding to a project of practical experience training conducted on the basis of a training plan that has clear objectives and that is constantly brought back to situations of reflection on practice (Peshkin, 2011).

Discussion and Analysis

Hostetler about Good Education Research

Good research is being investigated across the subsets Ethics, Methodology, and Theory. Much of the literature regarding ethics and good research seem to support Hostetler's (2005) assertion that good research and its relationship to ethics can be limited to methodology. That being said, social science researchers tend to agree about what is and is not proper when conducting scientific inquiry (Babbie, 2008).

The space of initial training, in fact, has the task to deliver the essential tools of the trade that then allow a person to be able to orient in time to develop them continuously for instance, through space typical of internship in which they can engage other spaces practical or experiential space and a fairly small but not insignificant as that of a research path that can be identified as a conference, a thesis or as a course of study end. Those situations are structured so that the experience has a place in a drawing and then training of spaces that allow a constant rereading, monitoring or, if it will, a return to a reflection on experiences.

Elements of Good Educational Research

When thinking about quality, there are several entities that can help you navigate the education research space. For example, the Institute of Education Sciences embarked on a mission with the Regional Educational Laboratories (RELs) and the What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) to build a body of research that education practitioners can apply with confidence. The IES approach and use of Practice Guides was largely inspired by the medical profession, where the research basis for interventions is extremely rigorous and results in carefully crafted recommendations.

Discussions pertaining to the implicit nature of ethics in research have led researchers to address a need for improved ethics education. Researchers have advocated that scientific societies offer ethics education programs to members and graduate students (Iutcovich, Kennedy, & Levine, 2003), and have argued for more comprehensive ethics training in classes (Muskavitch, 2005).

High quality education research is critical to the nation's effort to deliver better education and a future of opportunity to our citizens. Without good evidence on the condition of education, what works and what does not, fundamental processes of learning and instruction, and breakthrough instructional technologies we are destined to embrace education policies that move us ...
