Companies do tend to compromise on their quality due to various debatable reasons. It depends on the personal values that how they cater the quality issues and makes sure that quality product and service is provided to every customer.

Information technology has been playing its part in companies. Companies are now able to work on efficient systems and they can now focus more towards quality, as there are systems that make sure that the final product or service that is produced or delivered is the best possible one. For example, customer care centers and logistics companies use modern technologies that help them optimize their operations and gain efficiency (Gitlow, 2005).

A single action does not ensure that a company improves all facets of service. Today we often hear that some companies want to differentiate themselves from competitors through a service appropriate to the client. Many people call excellent service, fabulous service, or just good service.

Competency of staff: The client rates how the employee is competent to serve you properly, if polite, if you know your employer and the products or services it sells, if dominating the conditions of sale and policies, in short, if it is able to inspire confidence with their knowledge as you ask for guidance.

Fulfillment of promise mean to deliver accurate and timely service agreed. That is, if you promised to deliver an order for 30 tons of raw material to its industrial customer Friday at 8 am, you must meet these two variables.
