Educational leadership is referred as the group of people or any individual who leads or guides the institution or students towards best educational practices. Researches and studies demonstrate that, educational leadership plays a vital role in enhancing and improving the learning practices of the students. Therefore, the main purpose of educational leadership is to make sure the quality of education, which is provided to the students of the university or any other institution (Sahlberg, 2007). Furthermore, it is also necessary for the students to understand and learn the techniques of educational leadership, as it may greatly help in ensuring the best quality of education, within their institutions. Moreover, it is also necessary for the institutions to motivate their students to learn educational leadership and policies, in the universities. This may greatly help the students to enhance and improve their leadership skills and capabilities (English, 2011). The proceeding paper incorporates the idea that, how to motivate the students to learn educational leadership techniques and policies. This study also includes the discussion on the context of the field of this study, literature review as well as the methodology, which is used in this study.

Educational leadership plays a vital role in enhancing and improving the learning practices of the students. In addition to this, educational leadership also plays a vital role in achieving the greater learning outcomes (Hoy & Miskel, 2005). Therefore, it is necessary for the universities and other institutions to motivate and encourage their students to learn about the educational leadership and policies in universities. It is because of the reason that, this activity may also play a vital role in meeting the demands or requirements of the students.
