Autobiographical Sketch

My professional experience stretches across a broad range of direct and independent psychological services. Furthermore, I have also participated in various activities related to forensic psychology and teaching. I have also attended trainings and workshops in behavioral assessment, psychotherapy, and forensic psychology. These have greatly helped me in building related expertise in the field.

Since a very young age, I have been of a curious and inquisitive disposition and this has, in ways, inspired my fascinated about psychology and human behavior. Hence, during the many years that I have spent in Phillipines, my interest in the complex cognitive and behavioral patterns of humans has always sparked my curiosity to learn more about the phenomena.

Each job provides me with a different work setting, allowing me to hone my skills as a psychologist while also helping me to enhance my knowledge on the subject.

Both the jobs I am currently holding deal with those innate behavioral patterns in humans that affect human actions and have a correlation with physical and psychological suffering. It gives me a distinct sense of value and pride to be able to help others in rebuilding their lives in the wake of devastating pain and anguish. My compassion for humans has been one of my primary strengths and this has allowed me to take a personal interest in the people I am taking care of.

During the Master's in Counseling program, I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge that stretches beyond the various theoretical orientations and treatment planning. I have learned how to value time and my time management skills have developed significantly during the duration of the program as ...
