This paper has been written with regards to my self-evaluation that has been conducted. Therefore, it includes my targets, development and academic success; moreover, it also includes my strengths and weaknesses. I aim to become manager in a childcare setting, in the future. Therefore, I aim to mould myself according to the skills and abilities that are required to become a successful manager.

Self Evaluation
One of my primary targets is to assist myself in learning also to develop myself in terms of academic success and abilities.
Skills in Child Care and Education
I have attained a diploma in child care and education (level 2 and 3). With regards to the diploma, I have also attained a cache foundation award in child care and education. This was only possible because of my interest in the field and my ambition to excel in this field. In order to enhance the situation with regards to education and child care, I believe it is essential to evaluate the relation to education and children in care. The importance of placement stability for children is to develop healthy and dependable relationships. It helps to serve and reduce the stresses that come from the displacement of multiple times. It does not only result from separation from parents but also separation from the siblings. Similarly, it comes from relocation to any new geographical place. Many youngsters face disruption due to the removal from their homes that leads to distress and brings the sense of loss and not belonging. There are few studies that provide information about the personal perspective of youth and children in foster care. The course placements of children are far from uniform. With any course of life, they are punctuated events in which changes often impose conditions to review placement of the child. In order to improve placement stability in children care social worker must place a system that should monitor the placement moves children are dealing (Lee-Davis 2007, pp. 10).
Helping a child to grow into happy and contributing adult is the best experience of his life. Hundreds of children are waiting for families caregivers, who can adopt and raise them and give them the stability that is so important for their development. It is often young foster children (under 10) who experienced a placement along one place and host (host families overwhelmingly). Strong attachments have been forged with the foster family their support is marked by stability and continuity. Ties of daily life have taken precedence over blood ties and links right, without substitutes for each other. These children have a positive view of their course. The central problem of these pathways: the recognition of a kinship plural shared by the venue for the child and the parents of the child.
Social worker should re-examine the requirements for young children to change placements for administrative purposes, for example, rigid deadlines in foster care or residential.
