Introduction

The Professional Development Program is the program of developing skills to reach the efficient level of productivity. Professional development is important for the person whether he is employed or not? It is essential for every individual and the professional organization to enhance the skills, and knowledge for their personal betterment. These individuals must try to improve the quality of performance. It has got different stages of developing an individual from beginner level, to the professional level (Jasper, 2007). The series of program helps the professional to improve the skills and learn from the program in order to perform at its best.

Search for better adaptability skills and communication that can be used to manage educational diversity. Discuss with senior teachers about how to improve the communication and adaptability skills.

What skills can help in mitigating the possible problems that might arise out of education diversity?

Develop guidelines and plans for improving the communication and adaptability skills. Ensure active participation and involvement of the students for the successful achievement of goal.

Development of productive skills is a significant part of teacher's advancement potential. The teacher should own highly developed connection ability grades to become a thriving professional. The development of these abilities not only enhances the teachers' potential, but will furthermore advance the value of students. The superior communication and adaptability skills will allow the teacher to effectively combat education diversity. The development of these skills should lead to effective mitigation of problems arising from education diversity.

Leading and guiding students in the transition for dealing with education diversity.

Discuss the responsibility of students along with experienced teachers. Discuss expectations of entry level college professors with college personnel and college students. Review syllabus and teaching methodology.

Clearly communicate expectations to the students, in the diverse educational environment.

Communicate to students and teachers that students will be responsible managing classroom diversity. Shift the responsibility to the student by requiring the student come to the teacher for questions, help or further instruction.

Classroom Policy

Students and teachers both have a role to play in managing education diversity. Evaluate the best means to communicate the student's responsibility in managing education diversity. The goal is to have the students take ownership of their learning.
