The bolded goals clearly advocate PSU's mission and vision, translating them into a range of strategies that aid in the attainment of these missions and vision (Haschak, 1998). The first strategic goal elaborates PSU's mission to attain academic excellence as it is destined to enable students to achieve their career, personal and educational goals. This is also been reinforced using technology as a tool to enhance outreach and improve upon the teaching, research and other educational services. There are no elements of PSU's mission and vision that are not advanced by the strategic goals.

All strategic goals of AACC are closely aligned with its mission and vision statements and broadly outline the commitment of the college towards academic excellence, enrichment, diversity, accessibility, and management (Kono, 1994). Each goal is in coherence with what the college aims to achieve and provides an easy understanding about the policies and devotion of the organization towards attaining its mission and vision.
