Responsibilities in Relation to the Learning Cycle

Responsibility is the main thing that has to fulfil by keeping in mind many circumstances. As a hairdressing teacher, the main responsibilities that I will need to carry out efficiently are highlighted below:

Assess the hairdressing skills of learners in order to determine their level

Identify the unique learning needs of the students such as how many hairstyles they can successfully dress hair with.

Devise an effective teaching plan that is aligned with the learning needs of students
