Activity 1

An individual is most likely to get success if he/she uses his/her talents to their whole extent. Similarly, these people suffer fewer problems if they know exactly what their weaknesses and threats are. And if they are capable to manage their weaknesses so it does not matter for to do work in what situation.

So, the question arises how that would be capable to identify these strengths and weaknesses and examine the opportunities and threats that flow according to them. SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis is a technique and tool that is used to help regarding this matter (Bryson & Alston 2011). The SWOT analysis tool is considered as a powerful tool along with little thought that it helps to reveal the opportunities that he/she would not spotted ever. Anyone can eliminate and manage their threats by understanding own weaknesses that creates an ability to move forward. If people look into themselves by using the framework of SWOT, they can be able to start to separate themselves from their peers and they will be able more to develop the specialized abilities and talents that are required to advance the career (McNiff 2012).

Excellent skills of communication both written and verbally.

Can manage multiple projects and do multi-tasking at a time.

Having strong interpersonal skills that I can relate to people easily and understand them.

Having analytical skills that I can propose multiple solutions and solve problems.

I can speak multiple languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Banking exposure more than 6 years

Excellent client services

I am sharp and creative and sometimes I impress clients with new ideas on the products and brands.

I am completely engaged in the studies and being a devoted personality, I am committed to my future success.

When speaking in front of people or crowd, I get little bit shy but I feel comfortable with my co-workers but larger crowd make me feel nervous.

Having lack of motivation, too emotional and shyness.

I tend to examine projects and assignments and sometimes I spend extra time than it is required to make sure either it is done correctly or not.

My skills of Microsoft Excels are quite basic due to which it creates hurdles for me to accomplishing my objectives related to statistics.

Lack of leadership skills

I get distracted easily by too many things during class.

Sometimes, I started to use critical or judgmental of others due to which I waste my own time and energy.

Due to engaging in banking sector, I am not able to spend sufficient time that are recreational activities what I love such as listening to music, reading literature etc.

I do not wake up until and unless I sleep properly for at least 6 hours.
