Introduction

Stirling High School offers the South West Side of Stirling. The catchment region takes account of urban and rural societies. The catchment area extends from the rural centre of population of Gargunnock in the western side to Cambusbarron rural neighbourhood; the rural regions in the region of the North Third to the inner-city parts of St. Ninians. The role of the school is roughly 950 learners and among 15 to 20percent of each S1 intake is as a consequence of placing requirements.
