Introduction
Stockard &Mayberry (2009) stated that Education is the action to develop a set of knowledge and values and moral, physical, intellectual, scientific considered essential to achieve the desired level of culture (p.2). Education can transmit from one generation to another generation and it is necessary for personality development and the integration of social individuals (p.6).
Education can only be fully realized when the family and school work together. Family as a natural means of human development, and the school as a social institution to deal specifically with education should cooperate together, for, always, children and youth.
The family and the community have a great influence on education. Families are valuable resources in educational reform, and children give benefit when schools recognize and encourage the role of parents in the reform.
Most of the teachers ,principals are adopting shred vision and believing that it is best way for learning and it can help to make a bridge between student and educators. In this way they are likely to create shared or distributive culture in school where students can freely shared visions and thinking with educators. Shared leadership or distributive leadership can help to build strong support in the literature on educational leadership (Crowther et al. 2002, p.12).

Family and Education
The family is the first social system, by which the young child acquires and develops cognitive skills and social (Epstein, 2001).
The concept and functions of the family have been change, gradually adapting to new situations and challenges that the company has been considering, without but one of the most important functions of the family, is the educator, as it is the first socializing agent of children, as will detail later, but to develop their functions parents need previous training, as they have to be permanently involved in the formation of their children, and forming means to raise, educate and training.
If parents have a central role in influencing their children's progress in school, research has shown that schools in turn have an important part to play in determining levels of parent involvement.
The interface between family and school have a clear target is the child in most of the time he/she is also the main mediator of this interaction. Through the child, or his/her cause, there are relationships between family and school, side of the family or instances of it, either side of the school or on their initiative (Barro& Lee,2001,p.541).
The educational task can be understood as a responsibility of the entire school community: administrators, teachers, school administration, parents, and even the population of the town.
