During the time I spent in provisional period that was around three I found that I was good at it. The best thing which I found about the whole thing is that the Socratic seminar style was an exceptionally good way of going about teaching the emerging youth. Since I incorporate this style in my teaching method I am able to communicate my idea, thoughts and concepts to the students in a much clearer and understandable fashion. I found that I possess an art of bringing accurate and real analogies in my lessons. This helps my students grasp the point or the crux of my lesson instantly no matter how tough, boring or difficult the subject might happen to be. A comment which I hear most often from my students (and I am most delighted to hear as well) is now I understand.

I guess I can say that it the whole experience went exactly as planned or maybe even better than planned or expected.

Most of the things I learnt in my course when I applied in my teaching and lessons plan worked beautifully. I molded my lessons and teaching style to be tangible. For me signs of success are not the straight A grades of the children or the approval of a distant superior, instead the increasing speed with which the students discuss an issue or the student's visible delight while hes uses some newly learned terminologies also when I able to feel the students excitement when they master a new skill which “made a difference” or theories that transformed practices and perspectives. To me these are the confirmations of my success in teaching.

This philosophy is reinforced by the lessons, scholarship, and the material which I have picked up from personal teaching failures and successes.
