ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the economy of China. It elaborates the entire of impact of Chinese economy on the rest of the world. The entire concept revolves around the growth of Chinese economy, its impact over US and other countries. The People's Republic of China and the United States appears committed to an endless race for global leadership, according to Stephanie Balme and Daniel Sabbagh, author of fascination and rivalry of the two giants. With the collapse of the USSR, their common enemy before 1990, the two giants are now competing in all areas. A duel cannot be more concerned about India (under emergency) or the European Union (under construction). Rivals, but complementary, China and the U.S. will have to manage their development policies, without jeopardizing their economic interdependence. In fact, the growth of each depends on another. Economic reforms in China represent a remarkable opportunity to observe firsthand the transition from a socialist to a market economic system. Deng Xiaoping initiated economic reforms in China, which introduced a series of controlled changes to the structure of the socialist system. The Chinese refer to this reform process as "groping for stones to cross the river. Guthrie examines the adaptation of Chinese enterprises in the processing of legal and institutional environment, a change management system, and changing networks in which Chinese companies are. The results of their study suggest that a process of rationalization is taking place at the enterprise level in China.
