1a. Inclusive Practices That Supports Diversity and Promote Equality

Inclusion means that all the members irrespective of their personal, social or cultural. One is to obtain an organization in which there is no "entry requirements", and mechanisms of selection or discrimination any kind, an organization that substantially modify its structure, functioning and pedagogical approach to meet the educational needs of each and every one of the individuals, including those with disabilities. From this perspective, the organization must adapt to these changes. Therefore, the inclusion must involve a search process that each organizational community must lead out to find best and most effective ways to respond to student diversity (Lenehan, 2004, pp. 112-117). The good inclusive practice must be understood as a performance "located", which makes sense and is viable from a concrete reality, some structural constraints that make unique and unrepeatable. There is no ideal best practice but depend on the context in which develop.

1b.Application of Legislation and Codes Of Practice With Regards To Equality, Discrimination And Diversity To Own Work Role

They should take no account of the needs of all in the planning, financing, monitoring and evaluation of educational strategies and adapt to potential and abilities. The main objective of inclusive education should be a school with good grades in which all stakeholders are involved and where all students are treated equally (Kauffman, 1995, pp.542-546). A gradual implementation, implementing best practices step should be preferred for this purpose. Implement inclusion without taking into account all perspectives and concerns can lead to a huge gap between intentions and implementation
