Introduction

Early Childhood programs can play a key role when it comes to the development of an individual. The skills, traits and foundations acquired in early childhood tend to serve an individual throughout his or her lifetime. Many experts are of the view that the bracket marking the early childhood tends to stretch from birth to eight years. However, among different childhood programs the most significant program which can be of vital importance to an individual tends to be the early education an individual receives in the marked span of time. As the structure and the durability of the building tend to rest on its foundations, so if the foundations of a building are strong, the building is bound to stand and face the test of time.

Similarly if the early childhood programs are efficient and effective enough, it will not only allow the individual to grow both personally and professionally but will also be able to overcome the challenges thrown to him or her during his or her lifetime (Bredekamp & Copple, 1997). Different studies in this regard have highlighted the notion that high quality early childhood programs have proven to be effective in facilitating the growth and development of young children and in turn lead to stronger school performance, improved high school graduation rates, and higher monthly earnings as an adult. In the context of the paper we intend to shed light on different Early Childhood programs and intend to formulate a business plan for one such program. It would be done by inculcating different perspectives into the fold in order to develop an effective and efficient understanding of the subject

In the context of the modern world, experts tend to stand on a uniform opinion that playing in the identified age bracket allows the child to discover things that has long been known adult or which tends to be hardly taught to them. The game has a social and historical nature, and the medium acts as a source of development. The nature of the game, its types and the structure is determined by society the need and desire to play the game for pupils to use and send to address the specific educational objectives.
