In this study, we try to explore the concept of “drug abuse of juveniles after the divorce of their parents” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “drug abuse after parent's divorce” and its relation with “influencing factors”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Juvenile drug Court abuse” and tries to gauge its effect on “delinquent behaviour and drug abuse among teen agers”. Finally the research discusses a program model of juvenile drug court.

“Divorce of parents increases the chances of drug abuse among children which is worsened by several factors. However, the juvenile offenders can be supported by Juvenile drug court program”.
Introduction
Those days are gone when the horizons of the children, adolescent or youth were confined only to oblivion form the outer world, cartoon, sports activities, and playful acts. As our society has taken a detour from the conventional aspects and moved along with the endowments of the scientific advancements and their open acceptance in our lives; the lives and horizons of the youth have subsequently witnessed vivid expansion and exploration. Naivety seldom seems the trait of school aged or adolescent's traits. Deplorably, these changing dynamics of the society and our lifestyles have even had detrimental effects on the youth, and amongst those detrimental effects are the overindulgence in drugs, alcohol and even violence (Fagan, 1999).
Moreover, in the situation when teen age children cope with stinging pain of their parent's divorce. They cope with it in several ways. Those children are confused and bewildered. They feel alone and shame for their parent's act. They witness their parents having issues with each other and their parents figure out their parents act that make things ugly for them. According to the, their parents face an emotional turmoil and they are not available for their children. In efforts to fight the pain of numbness, these children turn to drug abuse and addiction (Lippe, et al., 2008).
According to the national longitudinal studies, the teenager children of divorced parents are four times more prone to get involved in drug abuse as compared to the teenagers whose parents have intact relationship. These teenagers try a drug and this leads them to regular se of the drug. This rapidly rises to their dependency on drugs (Watson, et al., 2003).
For the loss of divorce, people are subjected to associated wave of pain. Sometimes, this pain is very intense and incapacitating. At times, the children of divorced parents are unable to express their grievance that consumes them over the loss of their former life. Divorce may leave children with agitation and unanswered queries and issues, and because of this mysterious situation they start experimenting with alcohol, crystal meth, prescribed painkillers, marijuana or any other drug ...
