Crystal meth is a form of methamphetamine. It has long lasting physical effects, since it is 80% pure. People can use Crystal meth by smoking it in a glass pipe, chasing it on aluminum foil, or in a blend with marijuana. People either inject it or smoke it through a bong (Maxwell, 2005).
It is detrimental to society and the user. This drug is highly addictive and toxic. The use of methamphetamine and specially crystal meth has increased at gay circuit and dance parties. The chronic abuse of crystal meth leads to mental illness, such as schizophrenia (Alters, 2008). It is the drug that arouses sexual feelings, and it is inhibitory. This is strongly related to sexual behavior and with its use men can be exposed to the risk of HIV infection. The use of crystal meth is not only essentially connected with sex; however, users claim methamphetamine as compulsive and obsessive with losing control over their expression of sex (Maxwell, 2005).

Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system. Caffeine can cause moderate changes like tension, shortened reaction time between users. It is addictive; users will experience its symptoms, 12 to 16 hours after the use. It will bring in headache, depression and nausea occasionally. Caffeine doses above 200mg may cause nervousness, muscle tension, exhaustion and trembling. Its uses may also result in less efficient memory and annoying behavior (Ross-Flanigs & Odle, 2006).
Several researches link the use of caffeine to heart attack. The intake of caffeine acts on the brain with the effect on coordination, sleeping habit, poor sleeping and depression. There are researches that show caffeine absorbs calcium that result in bone density loss. Studies have exhibited that suicides are more usual in people who takes a lot of caffeine (Ross-Flanigs & Odle, 2006).
People in U.S. may find it hard to remove caffeine from their diet completely. Regular and extensive ingestion of Caffeine may results in societal acceptance for its addiction. Therefore, U.S. should put a law to curtail the consumption of caffeine (Hodge, et al., 2010).

The intake of Marijuana as a recreational drug started in U.S. in 1920s and 1930s. In 2001, according to National Drug Control Policy, 80% of Americans used marijuana as illegal drug abuse (Strumolo, 2003).
Many reports have shown that intake of marijuana has resulted in increased crime, insanity or violence. It affects the nervous system of users and hence cause nervous breakdown. There is the law of “Marihuana Tax Act of 1937, which criminalized Marijuana's possession by the tax imposition on its consumption.
