Domestic and EU legislations and policies have little or no impact in addressing inequalities suffered by GRT: Why?
ABSTRACT
This research paper is focused on determining how the domestic and EU legislation and policies have had little or no impact on the inequalities being suffered by Gypsies, Roma and Travelers. Media plays a very crucial role in developing the minds of people. They need to understand their role and provide the content accordingly. They need to avoid any such content which could create discrimination and/or hater among the people. Not just it affects the citizens of the country, but the impact of media is also on the government, policy makers and the institutions. Sometimes, it happens that media unnecessarily favor or go against a political party, which might cause them to damage their goodwill among the people and they end up losing important votes. Governments also had to fulfill the claims they had made earlier, because nothing is left hidden from the media which keeps on updating the citizens about how the government is working, and what are they lacking. This creates a lot of tension among the government officials and they end up on making the policies but could not be able to act on them. This paper will be highlighting the significance of media in this regard, and especially among the Gypsies, Roma and Travelers who suffer inequalities quite often.

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
This paper focuses on addressing inequalities suffered by Gypsies, Roma and Travelers, which is a very complex, multifaceted and difficult area of the study. This inequality also point towards the phenomenon of racism, which is commonly being suffered by the people over there. It is complex because we cannot study racism based solely on current events, we have also ground ourselves in the past, but not only of the past, is commonplace. Today, racism is not only acquired greater relevance in several countries but more violence. Racism is a very prominent social movement that has evolved through the years and takes place in any country and / or human race, regardless of age, social status, religion and other aspects of society. This doctrine may be found in sports, school, and streets and in the most unexpected places.
