Introduction

The notion of diversity recently has acquired significant attention in many public and private organizations. In turning out to be uncomfortable regarding this principle, the organization engages itself in determining the work of its employees, and in forming the kinds of communications in the organization it accepts and motivates (Levine, 2003).
