With the passage of time, the businesses have started to recognize that diversity is something that should not be encouraged. It has been witnessed that whenever there is diversity in the organization, then It is imperative that there is increase in the productivity, increase in the creativity and the overall loyalty of the customers is also increased due to it. It is a common saying that the company is as good as its employs. When the marketplace is so competitive these days, the organization that are putting people first and they are not giving that much concerned to the race, religions, gender or physical disability are increasing their chances of landing up with the right candidate.
