Distributive Equality

Introduction

Equality has remained a common issue for a long time. Somehow we all believe in some kind of equality. Some only believe in some kind of political equality and others believe that in addition to this, another kind of equality is necessary to guarantee to all persons, a minimum level of welfare. That is, distributive egalitarians believe that political equality is a necessary condition of democratic societies but in no way believe that is sufficient to assure a considerable quality of life. The following paper discusses distributive equality in brief.
