Parkinson's disease is well known gradually evolving neurodegenerative disorder. The disease results due to degeneration of neurons in the midbrain region known as the substantia Nigra, which controls the brain movement. This degeneration leads toward the deficiency of dopamine which is neurotransmitter, resulting in impaired body movement. Mostly older people are affected by this disease forty years old or even older. This disease is also recognized as idiopathic Parkinson's disease to differentiate it from other Parkinsonism forms.
