1) The hormonal theory is needed to be understood before making any such commentary about the hormones and their prenatal exposure to male and female. As the name implies, the hormonal theory puts into fore the idea that hormones plays a really important role in the eventual sex differentiation of a person as well as their sexual. When one looks at the way pre natal hormones operate, it can be said that they work in pretty much the same manner as genes and some other biological factors that determine the sexuality (Pasterski et al, 2005). There are used as the primary determinant of sexual orientation. It has been commonly observed in some of the younger children's as well as some other species such as monkeys ( vervet and rhesus monkeys) there exists a sexually differentiated behavior when one talks about the eventual selection of toys.

As it has been observed in the male and females, as most of the times females prefer certain things and males are attracted to some other stuff. For instance, girls like to play with dolls and other stuff that defines and augments their feminine characters, while on the other hand, males are most of the times seen to be playing with cars and guns. It can be seen that this difference is pretty much obvious from the first day of their lives. It has been observed that most of the females have this tendency to like the human face or figures that resemble human face; while on the other hand, it has been observed that most of the males prefer to go for mobile or some other technical devices. Children's thus have this tendency of being attracted towards toys that have been recommended for their own use.
