Introduction

This assignment is based on a Boiled Frog phenomenon. The underlying concept is that if we put a frog in boiling water, it immediately will try to exit. But if we put it in water at room temperature, then the frog will not do anything and will remain in the water. This applies to businesses when we think to do very well and something unexpectedly hurts our business. Successful organizations must find new ways to present and preserve the development with resources and proactive management (Rothaermel, 2013).
