Introduction

The case relates to a person who was denied to work for the department as a volunteer. The department found that the person was involved in the theft in past; moreover, after the rejection of the applicant, the applicant filed an EEOC complaint against the department due to his Hispanic background. Keeping this in view, it is observed that the person is taking the case towards discrimination, though the department is very clear about its discrimination policy that is no discrimination should take place in department due to age, gender and race.
