The purpose of the project is to find out the attributes that is considered as discrimination, specifically of the projected group in the workplace. There has been detailed research conduction throughout the study in which we have experience the issues that employees face within the organizations. However, research is being conducted from those employees who are experiencing the issues of workplace discrimination.

Discrimination of Projected Group and its impact on Work Place
Introduction
Discrimination is illegal exclusion or preference of a person or group of people, made according to a specific criterion. You may encounter discrimination on grounds of sex, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, disability, race, color, ethnic base, nationality, religion or age. Discrimination, however, is not known. Positive Discrimination, is giving special privileges to groups and that have been discriminated against, such as women, refugees and disadvantaged. It is neither the unequal treatment justified by the nature of work, such as employing mostly Asians in Asian restaurants (Lahey, 2008). This research is conducted to highlight all of the discrimination issues being faced by the projected group and that leaves impact over the workplace.
Discrimination in employment and occupation takes many forms and occurs in all types of work context. It involves different treatment because of certain characteristics such as race, color or sex, and generates deterioration in equality of opportunity and treatment (Dahlia , 2008). Discrimination occurs and strengthens inequalities. It limits the freedom of individuals to develop skills and to choose and realize their professional and personal aspirations regardless of qualifications. Professionalism and competence cannot be developed, there is no reward for work and generate a sense of humiliation, frustration and helplessness (Savinder , 2007). Eliminating discrimination at work is critical to social justice. It is essential in the concept of decent work for all women and men, which is based on the notion of equality of opportunity for all who work or seek employment and livelihood, whether workers, employers or self-employed in the formal economy or informal. The elimination of discrimination is an indispensable part of any viable strategy for poverty reduction and sustainable economic development.
Background of the study
European and Americans are the ones who initiated the concept of racial discrimination. In the 17th and 19th century, they started disliking the people in their society who were not part of their caste. They started taking away the rights of other individuals who did not belong to their community. The right of education, job, etc. all taken away from them, and they started to rule in their area. One of the British scholars wrote in his research that, in 18th century, the discrimination increased, and the European Americans influenced by this discrimination. As they liked it, they started practicing racial discrimination in their societies (Adnett, 2007).
