The primary aim of this short paper is to discuss how to build effective teams in real time. The paper uses the DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) Personal Profile instrument to determine the key personality traits and character attributes that I have identified within myself. With a thorough analysis of my personality traits using the DISC Personal Profile instrument, I have deduced that the personality traits that I possess fall into the category of 'influence' behavioral style. Therefore, I believe that I can use an influential behavioral style to relate more effectively with other in the workplace.
