It requires the use of modern technology. Digital crime is also used by the people to threaten the security of the nation as well as their financial health. Besides fetching the confidential data and information of any individual or organization, digital crime also involves the activities such as copyright infringement, cracking, child grooming, and child pornography (Walsh, 2012).

The other major concern related to digital network is ever increasing digital terrorism. This includes the attack on the entire network of any large organization, governmental institution, or military intelligence. The people involved in such activities use computer virus tools to attack the network of individuals and those institutions. The people may use such kind of act for their personal, ideological, and political reasons. This sort of concern has the ability to cause major disruption in the overall networking system of an entire country as well (Taylor et.al, 2011).
