Make list of contacts of peoples and paste them on the front of your wall that you and your children will easily know if you are in any problem you can contact your friends and families easily to get help of them and they should help you out.

Contacts Remembered

Always remember the most important contacts in your mind and always remember your child your number so that is useful in case of emergency. Always remember those contacts that will be more important and that can be use full and always pick the call in one minute so that they can save you.

Establishment Of secret code

Always establish secret codes or some secret signs so that your friends, family or neighbors will help you out if you are in problem. Always make such signs that will show help and that every one or closest to you will understand easily and help you out.

Thinking about what you have to say to your partner if he becomes violent

Always make your mind that what you will have to say to your partner if he becomes violent and always tell your children also that what they should do if their father will become violent.

Keep record of important documents:

sets of important documents must be kept, this is for the records of the savings account and for/safety deposit keys also the cheque books), school records, legal deeds, other various other kind of legal documents which are away from the house and are in a safer place that is only accessible by your ownself.
