Introduction

This assignment would include my personal assessment and objectives that I'm going to have for the future. I would also like to discuss my areas of interests that would prove to be effective for achieving my objectives in the future. After the assessment of the current goals and future objectives, I would like to discuss my future plans. The assessment plan would be divided in several steps in order to list down complete information regarding my personal objectives for future. Therefore, all the issues related to the development of skills for business leadership will be discussed in detail.

Personal SWOT Analysis

Strength

My greatest strength is the belief I have in the learning process. I believe that I am still going through a learning process. There are diverse skill areas where I need to polish my skills. For this purpose, I need to work hard. I have a command over my personality and public speaking. I possess superior communication and interpersonal skills. These skills have provided me a lot of strength to accomplish my goals. My ability to communicate is also the greatest strength for me. The superior communication and interpersonal skills are key forces of success in the event management industry. The credit of my success as an event planner also goes to my communication and interpersonal skills. My administrative skills have allowed me to administer a number of events smoothly. My other key areas of strength include negotiation and analytical skills. Being an event manager, I am also able to perform multiple tasks at a time.

Weaknesses

I have performed diverse roles throughout my career life. I have performed the role of an operational assistant, production manager, local coordinator, and event planner. The opportunity to work in different professional areas has allowed me to identify my potential. However, by working in diverse areas, I did not develop any area of specialization. There are certain situations in which I feel stressed because of managing so many tasks at the same time.

Opportunities

Since I have worked in different areas of professional interests, I have explored a number of opportunities. The field of business management also consists of diverse opportunities. After gaining experience, I can also go into business for myself. I have proven records in developing sales strategies. Further, I also possess skills in comprehensive communication. The possession of these skills has allowed me to support and accomplish my business goals and objectives. It is also strength to utilize personal strengths. The skills of technical writing can also provide me with benefits in the future. My confidence level can provide me with the opportunity to build a strong network of people. With these skills, I can grow myself as a successful manager in the future. However, to take benefit from all these opportunities, I need to commitment and courage.
