Introduction

Businesses and organizations worldwide operate on the brunt of one and only one asset, The Employee. Low level, High Level, menial staff member, high ranking management official, all of them are classified as employees. Employees or workers are those people who work for the organization. It is they who work on the tasks and run the place. The owner of any business or organization is usually only responsible for investment and management, but it's the employees who actually run the place (Henschke, 2008, p.78).

When fresh employees are hired there becomes a necessity of training them to perform their tasks according to the organizations standards and requirements. There are a variety of methods which are used to train new recruits. One is the employees are given formal workshops and seminars, as well as provided with documented and printing instructions, guidelines and other materials.

Significance of the study

The purpose of this project is to highlight the key benefits of developing an efficient employees training plan. Thus, I have been appointed as a Director of a new Training and Development consultancy. The organization which I have been planning to serve as is about Barli Tire Industry Ltd. The problem is that the company is facing with the de-motivation issues, the employees were seen to be under performing.

Purpose of the Statement

The intention of this research was to analyse the effectiveness of training and development process in Barli Tyre Ltd.

Benefits of the Project

The project that is conducted for acknowledging the knowledge and skills imparted into employees

This design of training will help the management to know the efficiency of their training programs as well as the satisfaction level of employees and thus take necessary managerial

The inferences made out of the project can help the employer and employee to contribute for the better training facilities.

Any training and development program should meet both primary and secondary objectives of the organization. The study will give light in the designing of better training program aiming solely at the desired results.

About The Company

Barli Tire Industry Ltd is a manufacture of tire, located outside the Industrial Centre of Kiel town. It is start-up manufacturing firm with the showroom located at various. The main objective of Barli Tire Industry Ltd is to manufacture the tire and sell them nationally and internationally. Despite its own sell, the company also manufacture the tire in accordance with the order as desired by the customers. Minimum price, customer satisfaction and timely deliver are the principles of the company to sustain in the competitive market.

Barli Tire Industry Ltd. is a Public Limited Company, with many starting owners with Open shareholding. This is the large-scale industry producing tires for motorbikes and three wheelers (tempo), four wheelers like car, jeep & delivery van. We produce cross ply & radial tires.
